Easy Returns

We value all customers and so we pledge to accept your returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

It would nice of you if can let us know the reason behind your rejection of our product as this would help us improve. We will refund your money on receipt of your request without any delay. You can also ask for a refund or a replacement if you have received a product, which you have not ordered. Simply send it back to us properly wrapped up and you will be refunded promptly.

If you have found defects in a product on receipt do also ask for a replacement. We will take the necessary steps immediately. However do note that such cases are highly unlikely as our products go through very strict quality checks before they are dispatched.

If you wish to cancel a previously customized item and wish to customize and purchase a different product you can do so without any difficulty. We will ship the new item to you that you have customized. However in all such cases, we will be compelled to charge you the labor fees for the previously chosen product, which have been already customized for you.
