Shipping Policy

We have formulated our shipping policy to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. We give special attention to packaging to avoid damages in transit. And we do not also charge extra for products that are oversized, unlike several other companies.

Our products are shipped by USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. If you want to check the exact status of your order and track it, you can do so by simply entering your order number and the destination zip code. All our international orders are shipped through our distributors who are located across the globe. Orders are first dispatched to these distributors and from there the products reach their respective destinations. We ship orders for United States from California.

Please refuse to accept any shipment that is damaged. Such flaws should be immediately reported to us. However if you have discovered the damage after you have signed and accepted the shipment, please let us know and your order will be promptly replaced.
